Dr. Russ Park
Executive Director
Dr. Russ Park is a distinguished leader in healthcare, recognized for his dual board certification as an Advanced Nurse Executive and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse. With over a decade of experience in hospital administration, Dr. Park has dedicated his career to transforming mental health care and enhancing patient outcomes through compassionate leadership and strategic innovation.
As a former Chief Executive Officer at Sana Behavioral Health and Seven Hills Hospital, Dr. Park spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives that reduced restrictive interventions, expanded access to acute mental health services, and significantly improved core quality measures. His leadership has not only elevated institutional standards but also strengthened the commitment to patient-centered care.
Dr. Park’s academic credentials include an undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Doctorate in Nursing Administrative Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno. His expertise in organizational leadership, policy development, and operational excellence continues to set a benchmark for healthcare management.

Karen Lara
Principal at Silver State Youth Academy
With a 20-year career in education, Karen has extensive experience across Early Childhood Education, Elementary, Middle, and High School. Her journey began with a passion for teaching, which led her to earn a degree in Education in Colombia in 2002. Since then, she has been dedicated to shaping young minds, developing innovative curricula, and fostering a culture of academic excellence.
Having served as a School Director for over six years, Karen is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered. Her leadership is characterized by empathy, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of educational excellence. She believes in the transformative power of education and strives to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
In addition to her professional achievements, Karen is an advocate for lifelong learning and continuous professional development. She is actively involved in various educational organizations and enjoys mentoring aspiring educators.


Arianne Smith
Clinical Director
Arianne is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a strong background in psychology and marriage and family therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University before pursuing her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, Arianne has helped clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, relational distress, family restructuring, and grief.
Drawing from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy, Arianne works collaboratively with clients to help them reframe their personal narratives, empowering them to take control of their journey and create a fulfilling future. She believes in the power of self-compassion and resilience, guiding clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves while equipping them with the tools needed to thrive.
As the Clinical Director at Silver State, Arianne is committed to developing a well-rounded, effective program that integrates life skills training with therapeutic group work. Her approach ensures that each resident receives comprehensive care, addressing emotional, psychological, and practical aspects of recovery. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals uncover their purpose, embrace their unique strengths, and build the confidence to manage life’s challenges with clarity and self-assurance.

Alexa Adair
Director of Performance Improvement
Alexa began her journey in mental health in 2017 while living in Washington State and later moved back to Las Vegas, her hometown, in 2021. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently completing her Master’s in Public Health Administration. With years of experience working across both residential and outpatient levels of care, Alexa has had the privilege of serving a variety of populations, including individuals with severe mental health conditions.
Her approach to leadership, risk management, and operations utilizes a systems- and solutions-oriented framework to empower both clients and staff. Alexa works to ensure that all individuals involved in the treatment process at Silver State maintain a supportive and nurturing environment while remaining vigilant to keep our clients, staff, and visitors safe.
She believes deeply in the potential for growth within every person and has a strong admiration for both clients and team members who are dedicated to their personal development. Alexa aims to build meaningful connections and drive lasting positive change for those who walk through the doors of Silver State.


Eloy Fernandez
Maintenance Supervisor
Mr. Eloy Fernandez is the Maintenance Supervisor at Silver State Adolescent Treatment Center. With several years of progressive growth in the maintenance field, he has brought his keen insight in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure that organizations maintain their buildings effectively.
