Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

This evidence-based approach alleviates distress from PTSD and traumatic memories by altering how the brain processes information.

Middle Childhood Attachment-Based Family Therapy

This approach adapts Attachment-Based Family Therapy for younger clients (ages 11-17) and their parents/caregivers as part of our pre-teen treatment program.

Family Support Groups

We treat pre-teens and adolescents within the context of the entire family. Parents/guardians participate in multi-family support groups tailored to their child’s age and diagnosis.

Group Therapy Program

Daily group therapy sessions help clients build healthy relationships, support one another, and discuss the healing process together.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
